2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or sesame)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster-style sauce (vegetarian-friendly if needed)

1 teaspoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

Optional: sliced bell peppers

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster-style sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Add garlic and ginger and cook briefly until fragrant.
