1/2 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt sauce

1/2 cup salsa

1 to 2 limes, cut into wedges

Instructions

1. Cook ground beef or chicken in a skillet until fully done and seasoned.

2. Warm tortillas and taco shells before serving.

3. Prepare and chop all fresh toppings.

4. Place fillings in separate serving bowls.

5. Arrange tortillas at the start of the serving table.

6. Set out warm fillings next, followed by toppings and sauces.

7. Add lime wedges and optional extras at the end.

8. Allow guests to build their own tacos as desired.

9. Refill ingredients as needed during serving.
