  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls (drained)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped basil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumber: Start by slicing the cucumber in half lengthwise. Then, slice it in half once more. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, mozzarella pearls, and grape tomatoes.
  3. Add flavor: Add the fresh chopped basil and the balsamic vinaigrette to the bowl. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Serve: You can serve the salad immediately for the freshest taste or cover it and refrigerate it until you’re ready to serve.
