These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for grilling season. 2 pounds chicken tenders, thighs, or chicken breast

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 stick butter

8 to 10 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon hot sauce

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional lemon wedges for serving

Optional bell peppers, onions, or cherry tomatoes

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces if needed.

2. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.

3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.

4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

5. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

7. Mix the sauce well until combined.

8. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

9. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

10. Turn the skewers occasionally to cook evenly on all sides.

11. Brush the garlic Parmesan butter sauce onto the chicken while grilling.

12. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.

13. Remove from the grill and serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

Marinate the chicken in some of the garlic Parmesan sauce for extra flavor before grilling.

Adjust the hot sauce and red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.

Add vegetables like onions, bell peppers, or cherry tomatoes to the skewers for extra flavor and color.

These skewers can also be baked in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
