2 pounds chicken tenders, thighs, or chicken breast

1 stick butter
8 to 10 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
