  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cheesecake flavored instant pudding, whipped topping, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows to the cheesecake dressing and stir to mix evenly.
  3. Gently mix in the berries one type at a time, being careful with ripe strawberries and raspberries.
  4. Cover and place the salad in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.
  5. Serve cold, optionally topped with an extra berry or a sprig of mint.
