Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
Vegetable oil (as per cake mix box)
Water (as per cake mix box)
1 package strawberry gelatin cups or powder
1 cup milk (warm)
1 cup cold milk
Strawberry whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Prepare and bake the cake mix following box instructions, using vegetable oil and water
Cool cake completely on a wire rack
Poke holes evenly into the cake using a wooden skewer or toothpick
Pour warm milk and strawberry gelatin into a bowl, stirring until dissolved
Slowly pour the gelatin mixture into the poked cake, allowing it to soak
Chill the cake for 1 hour or until set
In a separate bowl, whip cold milk and whipped topping until peaks form
Spread the whipped topping over the cooled cake
Top with fresh strawberries

Notes

Ensure the cake is fully cooled before poking to prevent collapsing
Substitute vegetable oil with canola or sunflower oil if preferred
Store refrigerated for up to 3 days
