2 pounds lean ground beef
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup ketchup
3 teaspoons dill pickle relish
10 slices cheddar cheese
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 packages Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 to 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick foil.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
